Therefore, the most safety system is applied as follows:-

• Leak detection and location system monitoring by Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).
• The regular pipe inspections by Intelligent Pipeline Inspection Gauge (PIG).
• Pipeline protection against corrosion by Cathodic Protection System.
• The attend digging or construction cause damage the pipe will be eliminated by implementing the Market Post-the warning signals directly located on the ground every 250 meter above pipeline route.
• The daily petrol duty officers are applied to ensure that there is no such unexpected digging and construction nearby the pipeline route.
• When confront with the emergency case, the automatic block valve will protect the products leak to the public. This block valve system is applied throughout the pipe route.
